Bike is fixed now
The bike is fixed now, but the dumbasses misplaced my rear light, and forgot to set my bike back to the right seat height. At least they can straighten my tire and replace parts properly.
Also, the part which I thought was broken was indeed the part which was causing me all this grief.

I brought my bike in fully two weeks ago to get fixed for a problem I think I may have caused.
